Notes to Customers
For the completeness of the entire transaction processes, customer shall ensure that his/her personal information and game account details registered in the website are accurate. SupeRed Online Store (the“Store”) is not liable to any failure in contact, transaction or delivery due to the inaccuracy of the information provided.
For the estimated delivery time of ordered product(s), please refer to product description.
Handling fees of transfer and credit card transaction, tariffs, taxes and all other customs clearance charges are not included in the product price and delivery cost but to be borne by the recipients.
The Store shall not be responsible for any damage, delay or loss of product(s)caused during delivery or transportation.
The Store shall have the absolute right in dealing with the product(s) unclaimed by customers for any reasons and returned to the Store, including but not limited to disposal thereof. No re-delivery will be arranged for these unclaimed products.
The Store shall reserve the right of final discretion on any disputes.
Notes on Shopping & Delivery
The Store accepts the following modes of payment:
-Credit Card
-Web ATM Remittance
-Payment inconvenience store
All prices in the Store are marked in TWD(NT$) (inclusive of value added tax).
Delivery will only be arranged upon completion of checkout.
- For payment inconvenience store, please make sure the payment is settled before the deadline.Late payment will not be entertained and the order(s) will be cancelled. In such case, customer is required to re-order the product(s) and obtain a new payment number.
The delivery regions mainly include Taiwan,Hong Kong, Macau,Singapore, Malaysia, Europe and United States. Before checkout, please make sure the delivery address is within the scope of the delivery service.
Customer in Taiwan: The delivery service includes main island and outlying islands. Before checkout, please confirm the delivery address and the deliver method.
Customer outside Taiwan: For Hong Kong& Macau, product(s)will be delivered through SF Express or Chunghwa Post;For Singapore, Malaysia and other regions, product(s) will be delivered through Chunghwa Post. Upon checkout, please choose “home delivery”.
Before checkout, customer in Hong Kong or Macau shall make sure the delivery address is within the scope of the delivery service. You can check the service coverage in SF Express official website or make enquiries via SF Express hotlines. Surcharge may be applied for non-industrial and commercial address, which means premise for residential purpose, in Hong Kong. For details, please refer to SF Express official website.
Failure in delivery due to incorrect address, contact number or contact person information will be notified via email. If we cannot contact you within 7 days, the product(s) will be returned and no delivery will be further arranged for the returned order. Actual delivery cost incurred by the Store will be deducted from the payment.
Given high international shipping costs and complicated processes involved, no return service will be provided for overseas customers except for products with quality problem. Please consider carefully before ordering.
Delivery cost includes package cost and 5%value added tax in Taiwan. The sum may be varied according to the calculation of carriers or exchange rate.
